FE-Group acquires the FRASTEMA business unit and strengthens Made in Italy ophthalmic unit production

This operation represents a further strategic step in the Group’s growth path, significantly expanding its range of ophthalmic units entirely designed and manufactured in Italy. This choice confirms FE-Group’s commitment to enhancing Made in Italy production, ensuring high quality standards and full control over the entire manufacturing process.
FRASTEMA has always been synonymous with quality, reliability, and distinctive design in the ophthalmic sector. With this acquisition, FE-Group aims to relaunch and enhance these elements, bringing the brand back to the center of innovation and technological development in the industry.
Operational integration is already underway and will progressively lead to the start of production under the new management. However, this phase already marks the beginning of a new chapter, in which FE-Group further strengthens its presence both in the Italian and international markets, reinforcing its position as a full-range manufacturer in the ophthalmic sector.
